Coevorden (MFC) - On Saturday February 15, MFC Coevorden a.k.a. Metal Front Coevorden, organizes a concert with two inhouse bands. So this will be a "home game".
On stage are the three-piece old school deathened thrash metal band Angel Disorder from Coevorden and the hard rock formation Riff Raff, who play AC/DC songs from the Bon Scott period. The latter do a try-out show.

ANGEL DISORDER: (last band of the evening)

Angel Disorder is a three-piece old school death/thrash metal band from Coevorden.
The band's music is characterized by a mix of thrash and death metal with doom and punk elements paired with deep grunts and hardcore-like vocals, all in an 'old school' guise.

Three years after the band's formation in 2010, they independently released their debut demo 'Brutal Reality' in 2013, recorded and mixed by Sebastiaan Pierik in 'the Alien Music Cave' in Hoogeveen. Unfortunately, the release is soon followed by a hiatus that lasts until 2019. The thread is picked up again and after some line-up changes, Angel Disorder consists of 2025; Dick Kloosterhuis, Marco Arends (Altar, ex-God Dethroned) and Henry ten Napel, all from Angel Disorder's original line-up.
The debut EP “Toxic Wrath” will be released with this line-up on November 1, 2023 in collaboration with Doc Records.

RIFF RAFF: (first band of the evening)

Riff Raff is a cover band with many songs from the Bon Scott period. Operating under the guise of “No Bull, No Costumes, No Imitations, Just Rock 'n Roll Fun, 100% ACCADACCA.”

Riff Raff's stage debut in MFC Coevorden dates back to 2012, October 27 to be precise. Before that they had already performed on the market in Coevorden once, but this was without frontwoman Franka. Since then the band has been featured on, among others: Weijdepop, Spirtitten Treffen, Rock em All, Metalblast (2013) and Tollyfest and they were allowed to open for Big Jeezus Truck (Can) and Navarone.

In recent years, Henri Koops has taken the place of rhythm guitarist and singer Derrick has been replaced by a new singer due to a move abroad.
After a period of intensive rehearsals, this line-up allows old-fashioned riffing again and every stage Riff Raff steps onto is enveloped in AC/DC atmospheres from the 70s.

For the first time, Riff Raff will play live in MFC Coevorden with this new line up.

On Saturday evening, February 15, MFC Coevorden opens its doors at 8:30 PM and the first band starts at 9:30 PM. The entrance is completely free.
